These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SmartFlousi mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial money-management purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

2. Your data and responsibilities

The App stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and for creating your own backups where supported. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, loss, theft, or uninstalling the App. You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse it.

3. No purchases

The App does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be governed by additional terms presented to you at that time.

4. Not financial advice

SmartFlousi is a budgeting and money-tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make.

5. No warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartFlousi and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction Placeholder], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
